We have three rooms within the Hall that are available for hire, as well as a host of other facilities for the public to hire. Please note that the hall is fully accessible throughout.

The Main Hall

The main hall, accommodating a maximum of 155 guests, features a versatile stage with curtains and convenient access to a ‘back stage’ area.
It also has;

The Supper Room

The Supper Room offers a cosy and versatile space for smaller gatherings. With a maximum capacity of 35, the room can be arranged to accommodate different setups; from casual groupings to a more formal conference style. The room is equipped with an efficient electric heating system to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. A convenient hatch-style servery provides easy access to the kitchen, allowing for seamless serving of refreshments.

The Bunk Room

The Bunk Room offers a small space for meetings or informal gatherings complete with sink facilities. The room is equipped with oil central heating and two comfy sofas.

Other Facilities

Otterburn Memorial Hall has a fully equipped kitchen with cups, saucers, glasses, wine glasses, plates, cutlery, teapots, coffee pots, a variety of serving jugs, kettles, an Urn, fridge, electric cooker, and tea towels.

Hirers are kindly requested to provide their own tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and other sundries for events.

As well as our kitchen, the Memorial Hall has Women’s, Men’s, and Disabled toilets, a shower room with baby changing unit and a toddler sized toilet.

Available for hire for a small donation is our Bingo machine, and also available are a rack of tables and chairs.
